As an Executive / Senior Executive in the Group Information Technology Office, you will assist the Group Information Technology Office in providing secretariat support for the Management and Board Committee Meeting, and the department. You will also be assisting the Group Chief Information Officer (GCIO) on his day-to-day administrative work. You are responsible for the following areas:

- To assist with the planning and scheduling of meetings by working closely with key stakeholders, taking into account the workflows and timelines for clearance.
- Preparation of meeting logistics and assist to maintain the access control for online document system.
- To assist in the filing of documents to ensure that they are accessible to the relevant and authorized persons.
- To provide administrative support for the department.
- To assist the GCIO:

- By supporting him on his work-related meetings, in areas such as logístical arrangements, notes-taking, keeping track of action items and following up on the timely completion of these action items by other stakeholders.
- By performing any work-related tasks, as assigned by the GCIO.

Job Requirements
- A good bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of English and ability to take meeting minutes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Possess resourcefulness, efficiency and ability to meet tight timelines.
- Eyes for details and high level of initiative with keen interest in Technology and Digitalization.
- Prior experience in secretariat work within an IT department will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoints and Excel.
