**Senior Associate Executive, Group Nursing**:

You will assist in planning, organising, coordinating, and managing nursing initiatives at the SingHealth cluster level. Your responsibilities include assisting with proposal and paper writing, analysing data to support decision-making, and preparing presentation materials. Additionally, you will support initiatives and projects arising from the Nursing Shared Service for Patient Experience and Empowerment. You will also assist the Group Chief Nurse in arranging and coordinating logistics and projects.

In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for writing minutes and maintaining records of relevant data. You will provide general administrative support to the Group Nursing department, which includes scheduling appointments, assisting with the organisation of conferences and seminars, and collating relevant information from various sources. Your supervisor may assign additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 6 years of working experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
