Executive, Group Nursing

You will support the Group Nursing Office in planning and implementing nursing initiatives and projects across SingHealth that is aligned with the Group Nursing Strategic Plan. You will set and communicate project timelines and schedules, manage the operational and administrative functions to ensure projects can proceed smoothly, liaise with different stakeholders as well as prepare reports and utilise analytics to evaluate project effectiveness and ascertain room for improvements. You will also monitor the expense account for the projects and ensure that they fall within allocated budgets.
In addition to the above, you are required to implement nursing practice development strategies and plans. You will organise focus group sessions to identify gaps and solution to meet the needs of our nurses. You are also required to develop and/or amend nursing policies and guidelines in accordance to the process/nursing care that has been standardised across SingHealth as well as to prepare reports and presentations to update on the progress of work. You will organise meetings and provide support in coordinating, collaborating and monitoring action plans.
You are required to provide secretariat support to cluster nursing meetings and nursing councils as well as prepare meeting materials, data reports, slides and follow up on necessary action items. You will also communicate with other departments on operational issues and liaise with chief nurses of SingHealth institutions for information required by Group Chief Nurse.
You will plan and organise town hall sessions, assist in the coordination of annual nursing activities or events as well as evaluate the effectiveness of town halls, nursing events and provide reports to the cluster nursing council.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive-mindset, meticulous, organized, good planning and problem solving skills
- Willing to learn and possess the ability to think beyond assigned task
- Must be able to handle projects, multi-task, write well and possess good organising skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
