Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement technology strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure that the technology infrastructure meets our and our customers' business needs and objectives.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including software developers, network administrators, and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of technology and information systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to technology and information systems.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of information technology and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve systems for our and our customers' organizations.

Roles:

- Strategic planning: The Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our and our customers' technology strategy and roadmap. They will work closely with the executive team and other department managers to ensure that our and our customers' technology infrastructure supports our and their business operations and objectives.
- Project management: The Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager will manage the IT budget and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. They will work closely with project managers to ensure that project goals and timelines are met for our and our customers' organizations.
- Team management: The Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager will manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including software developers, network administrators, and support staff. They will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to support our and our customers' technology infrastructure.
- Compliance: The Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to technology and information systems for our and our customers' organizations. They will develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of technology and information systems to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Technology evaluation: The Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager will keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of information technology and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve our and our customers' systems. They will evaluate new technologies and solutions to determine their suitability for our and our customers' organizations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex IT projects within budget and on time.
- Experience with strategic planning and technology roadmap development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with regulatory compliance related to technology and information systems.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the field of information technology.
- Possess good customer service skills
