Onboarding Team Lead
The Onboarding Manager will oversee the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, including document review and verification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance client experience.
- Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process.
- Ensure accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
- Provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A successful Onboarding Manager should possess:
- 3+ years of experience in Know Your Customer/ Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
