Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to determine client onboarding requirements and tracking all related populations in partnership with coverage teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Bankers, Ops, and relevant parties to determine client onboarding requirements
- Outreach to clients requesting and collecting KYC documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients and internal functions
In addition to these key responsibilities, we're seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or a related industry.
The Client Onboarding Team serves as the front line unit engaging with clients across business sectors and regions to meet Know Your Client (KYC) requirements in a timely manner. We prioritize diversity and inclusion in our workplace, embracing individuals from various backgrounds and experiences to drive creativity and success.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
