Singapore Xflowpay Full time

We are looking for a Field Marketer to join the Marketing team at Xflow & scale the events marketing channel. This role will be a part of our GTM team & crucial to scale our marketing efforts.
A Day in the Life
Update the annual events calendar with finalized plans and speaker opportunities (PAN-India & across key geographies - US, Singapore)
Collaborate with the marketing team to curate ideas for an upcoming Xflow-organized event
Research key events and liaise with organizers to secure speaker slots for Xflow’s leadership.
Create a tailored strategy for engaging with leads at an upcoming industry conference.
Responsibilities
Annual Events Calendar:
Research, identify, and manage a yearly calendar of industry events, conferences, and meetups where Xflow should have a presence.
Prioritize events based on audience alignment and strategic objectives.
Event Ownership:
Plan and execute Xflow-owned events, including webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
Boost Brand Presence:
Secure and manage speaking engagements for Xflow’s leadership at key events.
Represent Xflow at conferences and industry meetups, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with sales and marketing teams to send targeted campaigns to potential leads through events.
Coordinate with the product team to ensure messaging aligns with the latest features and updates.
Lead Management:
Develop strategies for engaging potential leads during events and ensuring smooth handovers to the sales team.
Track leads generated from events and collaborate with sales on nurturing and conversion.
Metrics You’ll Own
Brand Awareness:Measure brand reach and recognition through event participation and audience engagement.
Top-of-the-Funnel Growth:Track and improve lead generation from events.
Speakership Opportunities:Increase the number of events with Xflow’s leadership on stage.
Registrations/Attendees : Owning registrations and attendees for own events (i.e. the ones curated by Xflow)
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role, preferably in the B2B or SaaS space.
Strong understanding of lead generation and event marketing strategies.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially sales, product, and marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with event organizers and potential partners.
Ability to travel to events as required.
