**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Oil Field Supplies & Equipment Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports, balance sheet schedules, expenses schedules, and fixed asset register.

You will also ensure compliance of all statutory and tax requirements by liaising with various parties such as auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.

The position involves full Accounts Receivables function, which includes preparation of Sales Invoice, Statement of Account, and follow-up on debtor's payment. Additionally, you will be responsible for Quarterly GST preparation and submission.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to work in the oil field industry and contribute to the success of our company.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
  • Preferably 8 to 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the oil field industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially on Excel and Words
  • Some previous knowledge in ERP systems with respect to accounting modules
  • Efficient interpersonal communication skill, a team player, and capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skill, meticulous in their work, and has an eye for minor details

Required languages: English and Mandarin, as this position needs to communicate with our People's Republic of China production workers.
