About Senior Principal
As a Senior Principal within Infosys Consulting, you will pursue and grow deep client relationships, operating at the executive and senior management levels. You will also provide leadership on our most critical engagements, working closely with diverse Infosys and client teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor partnering with the customer on their technical strategy positioning & and end-user understanding in either their IT or Telco network (prefer both) domains for digital transformation.
Obtain details of the customer's current environment (IT/Network) and the Current Mode of Operation. Enable digital transformation as an expert to define the Future Mode of Operation.
Apply next-generation digital solution architecture methodology, best practices, and state-of-the-art knowledge on network and operations, processes, and principles to create value for the customer in an innovative way.
Identify technology & and technical architectural alternatives and optimize the trade-offs between factors such as lead time, cost, and quality throughout the design activity.
Take overall responsibility for technical solutions, working across organizations to achieve workable end-to-end solutions both for Infosys and customers.
Ensure cross-domain solution feasibility from technical, business value migration, integration, operation, and maintenance perspectives.
Ensure that the solution meets the market and customer's implicit, explicit, and dynamic requirements. Identify problems and risks early on and use initiative to mitigate or propose solutions to the problem.
Continuously innovate so that solution roadmap-defined processes and services better serve customers and achieve the digital transformation goals.
Define the roadmap for blueprint and customer solutions. Identifies opportunities of up-scopes. Lead the technical analysis or a team within a large program with minimum supervision or independently lead small-sized programs end-to-end.
Independently deliver specific solutions and deliverables for the workstream using your area of expertise (e.g. Telecom product knowledge, Digital, end-to-end customer journey, etc.)
Proactively coordinate with the Engagement Manager to overcome obstacles to success, dealing with uncertainty and changing circumstances, such as interdependencies, opportunities, or risks
Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct.
Develop a recognition as an expert on industry, processes, business value creation or technology.
Contribute to firm development through recruitment, knowledge management etc. and contribute to horizontal practice/community development and publications.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
Lead the development and delivery of service offerings.
Provide insights into new and emerging perspectives. Point of view (POVs) on core service IT offerings, emerging technologies, and practices.
POVs on Business, Cloud, and Digital Transformations
Provide patterns, best practices, and white paper on IT strategy and service offering related areas.
Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created.
Directly contribute to capability development
Expand, publicize, and support continuous development through the firm's knowledge management system, etc.
Stays informed on developments in IT practices and emerging technologies.
Actively works to update/upgrade the level of expertise or knowledge.
Ability to share his/her expertise with others on the team and with the client.
Sales and Marketing
RFP and Client proposal development.
Ability to lead and drive compelling business cases and client presentations.
Contribute towards points of view (POVs) through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership.
Lead work streams to aid the development of new business opportunities.
Conduct market/client research and industry analysis.
Measures of success
Lead consulting engagements on all levels
Realizing benefits and meeting the agreed time, budgetary, and quality measures.
Achievement of revenue contribution and utilization targets
Contribute to practice and capability development.
