  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the site team.
  • Escort workers to designated work locations when required.
  • Handle document filing, data entry, and scanning of site documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, records, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate site-related administrative matters with internal and external parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
