Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

This is a critical role that involves ensuring the smooth operation of various sites assigned to us. As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their requirements and facilitating daily staff deployments to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in problem-solving, and possess a Class 3 license. They will also be able to work independently and make decisions with initiative.

  • Coordinate site operations and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Rostering of monthly schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Rectify on-site issues promptly and efficiently
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports on time
  • Arrange for coverage in case of staff absence
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
