We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to lead our team members and ensure they understand project scope and drawings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading site operations, including overseeing Foremen and General Workers.
  • Ensuring all materials are ordered correctly and in accordance with project plans.
  • Coordinating site activities with the Site-in-Charge person.
  • Addressing urgent cases and defects.
  • Providing on-the-job training for workers on safety requirements.
  • Collaborating with engineers for site meetings (as needed).
  • Managing material ordering and usage.
  • Coordinating transportation for workers and materials.
  • Conducting site surveys and proposing solutions with engineers.
  • Solving site installation issues and improving operational efficiency.

For this position, you should have strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and possess effective problem-solving abilities. You will also need to have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
