
Human Resources Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment functions, sourcing and planning of career fairs, application and issuance of work passes, making job offers, and onboarding new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to conduct preliminary resume vetting, phone interviews, and arrange interviews
- Source, plan, and attend career fairs and recruitment events
- Application and issuance of work passes for foreign staff
- Make job offers to potential candidates and arrange the onboarding process
- Assist in orienting new staff
- Create and update new hires & resigned staff data
- Support HR functions such as updating and checking leave records, personnel records, payroll related records, and payroll processing
- Handle all clearance for resigned staff
- Compile employee time records, verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime
- Assist in organizing company events when necessary
- Manage staff medical benefits function
- Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
- Generate reports to Managers
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Human Resource related
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR related positions
