Job Title: Senior Sales Manager, ASEAN region Responsibilities Lead the team to develop and execute sales plans in accordance with the company's annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Conduct research and share information on the market and competitors. Develop and maintain customer relationships, strengthening cooperation. Assist the VP in sales business management and contribute to the establishment of a sales management system. Managing team development and achieve team sales performance in ASEAN region Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of sales trading experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Responsible for ASEAN region sales to achieve excellent result. Possess high-quality terminal factory customer resources, such as large OEMs and EMS. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities.
