- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth in the ASEAN region through effective sales strategies, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to drive alignment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
