We are seeking an E-Commerce Professional to drive the growth of our online sales channels. Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop strategic plans to optimize online sales and platform performance.
  • Identify opportunities for platform improvement and operational efficiency; propose and execute new initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, IT, and customer service departments to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee) and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
