Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving online sales growth, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior across various platforms, identifying friction points, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates.

  • Analyze user behavior to identify areas of improvement, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics.
  • Plan, execute, and report on A/B tests for product pages, landing pages, checkout, and upsell flows to optimize the customer journey.
  • Optimize mobile and desktop experiences to enhance user engagement and increase average order value (AOV).
  • Apply CRO best practices and data-backed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Deliver weekly CRO reports highlighting learnings and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CRO, preferably with direct-to-consumer brands or Shopify expertise.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and AOV.
  • Strong grasp of relevant tools: Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Shopify analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first design.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a passion for testing.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
