Senior Manager Job Description

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for driving organisational transformation and developing change management strategies across SingHealth. You will be involved in leading strategic projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing end-to-end project execution, including scope definition and implementation
  • Creating and evaluating business case models and success measurement frameworks
  • Designing and implementing operating model transformations

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks
  • Designing and facilitating information gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and focus group discussions
  • Conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses
  • Developing and executing stakeholder management and training strategies

Organisational Development:

  • Creating and maintaining change management tools and methodologies
  • Building change management capabilities across the organisation through coaching and knowledge
