Operations and Digital Transformation Lead

This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to our operational and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, data management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement digital tools and solutions
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements
- Provide guidance and support to junior executives on administrative and operational matters
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business Administration, Public Policy)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative operations, including data management and process improvement
- Experience in leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
