Digital Transformation Lead

This role focuses on leading digital transformation initiatives within the After Market Operations (AMO) of a global aerospace company.

  • Supporting AMO's long term digital information growth plans.
  • Serving as Product Owner for OACIS implementation and expansion.
  • Deploying and migrating Realtime Location Tracking System (RTLS) and connected equipment.
  • Leading digital enhancement initiatives to support operations performance & growth while maintaining due diligence and compliance.
  • Ensuring system integration and value realization of digital connectivity is considered in all technology projects.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Technology or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Operations, Aftermarket, Aerospace or Commercial Aviation.
  • Business Analyst certification or equivalent experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or repair industries.

Further qualifications include:

  • Experience in aviation or aerospace, specifically within MRO or aftermarket environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT network routing, protocols and firewall concepts.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive high-level goals while executing detailed operational improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Support AMO's long-term digital information growth plans.
