Strategic Operational Excellence Specialist Role

We seek a professional to lead key manufacturing initiatives across the APAC region. This strategic role requires a strong foundation in digital transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and digitalization projects.

  • Lead and support strategic projects focused on digitalization, analytics, and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate the rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple sites.
  • Share best practices and contribute to regional Gap Assessments.
  • Assist in developing technical training programs and skills matrices.
  • Represent process and quality requirements in infrastructure planning and commissioning for new installations.
  • Monitor internal performance indicators and support improvement efforts.
  • Participate in integrated audits and maturity assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or Data Science is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical industry.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in Continuous Improvement, with hands-on experience in Lean methodologies.
  • Proven track record in digitalization and automation projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Continuous Improvement certification is a plus.
