We are seeking a highly experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead and drive our business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new market opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and engineering to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales and business development reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
