Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in spearheading the company's growth in technical manpower supply, focusing on Work Permit (WP) holders for clients in the process industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure contracts for WP holder supply, encompassing general workers, skilled tradesmen, and technical personnel.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with plant operators, contractors, and subcontractors in industrial areas.
  • Understand client manpower needs and align manpower supply accordingly.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely deployment and proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client engagement, and service quality checks to guarantee satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue small-scale engineering or maintenance projects that align with the company's capabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of business development experience in manpower supply, preferably supplying WP holders to process plants or industrial clients in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations, work pass applications, and manpower quota limits.
  • A strong network within EPC contractors, main contractors, or plant maintenance firms.
