Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our innovative culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and understand team needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks and job boards.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in tech, gaming, or creative industries.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
  • Mandarin language skills required due to communication needs with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
