Job Title:

IT Onsite Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT onsite support professional to join our team.

  • Provide remote or onsite technical assistance for hardware, software, email, printers, IP phones, smart devices, networks, and other related services.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers and service desk leads to identify trends in positive or negative incidents.
  • Respond promptly to requests and incidents based on Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Setup and relocate workstations as required.
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms for tele-conference when IT support is needed.
  • Elevate issues to the next level of support.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in computer science/engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service desk/IT onsite support role.
  • Familiarity with modern IT workplace environments, including laptops/desktops, printers, networking equipment, smart devices, and office applications.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Technically proficient with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

Desired Skills:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based ITSM tools, including ServiceNow, Remedy, and Remedyforce.
