Computer Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and mobile devices are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in technical support, with expertise in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and mobile devices. Strong knowledge of network system security is also essential.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and mobile devices.
- Liaise with vendors on new IT purchases and implementation.
- Ensure that all client systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with helpdesk software, such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
