
Front-Line Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to perform front-line customer service and reception tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and welcome visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition
- Register and enroll visitors efficiently and accurately using facial recognition technology
- Provide efficient queue management and crowd control as needed
- Maintain accurate and updated visitor records according to data protection requirements
- Manage keys, including issue, return, and accounting for all keys on a daily basis
- Ability to multitask and work fast in a dynamic environment
- Respond to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies
- Monitor attendance and prepare reports as needed
- Comply with standard operating procedures, policies, and processes
- Flexibility to change roster as required
- Manage records, documents, and files to support pre-enlistment activities
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service track record
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient command of English (written and spoken)
- IT savvy and familiar with common software
- WSQ certification in customer service is an advantage
