We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to perform front-line customer service and reception tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and welcome visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition
  • Register and enroll visitors efficiently and accurately using facial recognition technology
  • Provide efficient queue management and crowd control as needed
  • Maintain accurate and updated visitor records according to data protection requirements
  • Manage keys, including issue, return, and accounting for all keys on a daily basis
  • Ability to multitask and work fast in a dynamic environment
  • Respond to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies
  • Monitor attendance and prepare reports as needed
  • Comply with standard operating procedures, policies, and processes
  • Flexibility to change roster as required
  • Manage records, documents, and files to support pre-enlistment activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service track record
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient command of English (written and spoken)
  • IT savvy and familiar with common software
  • WSQ certification in customer service is an advantage
