Senior Customer Service Specialist for Indian customers

Your tasks Manage customer requests, such as Purchase Orders and Shipment Dates, ensuring the best interests of both customers and the company. Aggregate and consolidate customer forecast data for material replenishment planning Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to meet customer demands Share Statements of Accounts and conduct follow-ups Engage with Customers Operations Teams to surface critical insides international import and export management Document customer complaints and liaise with the relevant departments for resolution Coordinate Supplier Registration documentation.
