Roles & Responsibilities Senior Admissions Counsellor (Postgraduate Programmes)About the Role We are looking for a driven and personable Admissions Counsellor to join our team and play a key role in shaping the postgraduate journeys of mid- to senior-level executives. This is not just a telemarketing role — it is an advisory position where you will engage one-on-one with professionals, helping them explore the right postgraduate programmes to meet their career aspirations. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective students, guiding them from initial inquiry through to successful enrolment. By combining structured outreach with personalised conversations, you will act as both a trusted advisor and a brand ambassador. What You Will Do Engage and advise : Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings to understand their career goals and provide tailored guidance on programme options. Outreach and follow-up : Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates through targeted telemarketing and strategic follow-ups. Admissions support : Guide applicants through the admissions process — from application submission to enrolment — ensuring a smooth, supportive, and professional experience. Relationship building : Develop strong rapport with candidates, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and motivating them towards lifelong learning. CRM & pipeline management : Use CRM tools to manage inquiries, track interactions, and follow up systematically to achieve enrolment targets. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and programme teams to align messaging, share insights from candidate conversations, and continuously improve outreach strategies. Brand representation : Uphold the reputation of the institution by delivering an empathetic, knowledgeable, and consultative experience to every prospective student. What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, admissions counselling, or business development, ideally within higher education (postgraduate programmes) or executive training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with mid-career and senior executives. Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp for business, and digital engagement tools. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries and timelines. Results-driven with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets. Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred); additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or counselling are an advantage.
