E commerce Accounting

As a Financial Management Specialist in the E-commerce sector, your primary responsibilities will include reconciliation and financial management tasks. You will be responsible for tracking product-wise sales, expenses, and profitability across various portals. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of inventory, returns, and chargebacks will be crucial to ensure financial integrity.In terms of Taxation & Compliance, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate GST/TDS calculations and filings for E-commerce transactions. Managing GST reconciliation with portal reports and preparing and submitting tax returns in compliance with local tax regulations will be part of your routine. It will be essential to stay updated on E-commerce tax laws and compliance requirements to adhere to the evolving regulatory landscape effectively.Financial Reporting & Audit will be another key aspect of your role. You will be required to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Conducting periodic internal audits to guarantee reporting accuracy and assisting in external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation will be critical for maintaining financial transparency.Costing & Profitability Analysis will involve analyzing product-wise profitability by considering platform commissions, logistics costs, and other overheads. Based on financial insights, recommending pricing strategies to maximize profitability and tracking and minimizing unnecessary expenses will be part of your strategic responsibilities.Additionally, you will provide support in general accounting tasks, budgeting, and financial planning to contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.This position requires a Bachelor's degree, and the work location is in-person at Maya Puri, Delhi. The job type is Full-time and Permanent.Benefits include leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
