Job Overview:

E-commerce administration and fulfillment specialist is needed to manage daily operations, pack products, and dispatch orders accurately.

  • Responsibilities include day-to-day e-commerce platform management and product fulfillment.
  • Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform with precision.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch to logistics partners.
  • Create, manage, and upload product listings for major platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and TikTok.
  • Support live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Key Requirements:

Applicants must possess a minimum diploma in a related field.

  • Recent graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work extended hours if necessary.
  • Familiarity with photography and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication.
