We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate/Senior Associate , Relationship Management, Global Incorporations based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations . Key responsibilities: Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients Make cold calls to potential clients to sell offshore companies and related professional services Be an account manager and upsell Group's services to the existing client base Assist clients in the setting up of companies in different offshore jurisdictions Day-to-day pre and post incorporation of companies Work with professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers, and CPAs Ensure corporate regulatory and KYC compliance Other ad-hoc work duties as assigned Key requirements: University or Polytechnic Graduates from Business Administration or Mass Communications or relevant discipline 2 - 6 years of relevant work experience (On-the-job training will be provided) Client service and engagement experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Eloquent communication skills Good to have: Use of Salesforce and Viewpoint High professional integrity Positive attitude, team player Willing to learn and able to work independently Company Benefits: At our Singapore office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement and birthday leave.
