• Support programme admissions and academic matters of Master’s programmes (by coursework) and assigned tasks within Office of Graduate Programmes (OGP).

  • Responsible for all programme admissions and administrative processes under OGP, including reviewing and processing programme applications, issuing programme offer letters and handling student matters such as student cards and requests.
  • Responsible for all administrative processes on academic matters such as exams and programme commencements, and any other duties, tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department.

Qualifications
• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer service mindset.
