Role The Head of Operations will be the operational backbone of NOVI Health, responsible for translating the company's strategic vision into seamless, scalable, and high‐quality day‐to‐day execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‐to‐end delivery of our core healthcare services, driving operational excellence, efficiency and exceptional customer experience across clinical, digital and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision for holistic, technology‐enabled healthcare and the goal to "empower a billion healthy years". Lead and manage all day‐to‐day operations, including clinical service delivery (in‐clinic and virtual), technology platform usage, patient journey and administrative functions. Identify, design and implement scalable processes and systems (SOPs) to support rapid business growth while maintaining a high standard of clinical quality and patient safety. Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and maximize organisational productivity. Lead strategic supplier management and contract negotiation to secure optimum pricing, service levels and compliant, long‐term partnership agreements. Define, enhance and ensure consistent delivery of the end‐to‐end patient service proposition to drive exceptional customer experience and advocacy. Clinical & Product Operations Oversee the seamless integration of our digital health platform (Novify app) and in‐person/virtual clinical care, ensuring an outstanding and consistent patient experience across all product lines. Work closely with the clinical team to optimise care pathways, ensuring they are evidence‐based, efficient and scalable for proactive health optimisation across different markets. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational health, clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and satisfaction (NPS), with a focus on retention and long‐term client outcomes in the longevity space. Optimise the end‐to‐end management of all clinical and product‐related physical assets, including inventory management, stocktake and secure warehouse logistics for diagnostic devices, supplements and other patient‐facing products. Develop and implement robust demand forecasting models for all clinical services, diagnostic devices and patient‐facing products (e.g. supplements) to minimise stock‐outs and reduce holding costs. Financial Stewardship & Business Growth Manage the operational budget, P&L and resource allocation to ensure financial targets and investor expectations are met. Identify and execute opportunities for revenue optimisation and cost containment without compromising quality of care. Partner with the CEO and growth teams to define and successfully launch and scale new longevity services, expand into new markets and implement strategic partnerships. Lead, mentor and scale a high‐performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and patient‐centricity. Partner with HR to oversee effective recruiting, talent optimisation, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention strategies for both clinical and non‐clinical staff. Promote cross‐functional collaboration between operations, product/tech, clinical and growth teams. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, data privacy laws (PDPA, GDPR) and clinical governance standards in all operating geographies. Manage vendor relationships, supply chain (device and medication logistics) and infrastructure (clinic/virtual) to minimise risk and ensure stability, including the logistics unique to longevity‐focused diagnostics. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 8‐10 years of progressive experience in an executive operational leadership role (Head of Operations, VP of Operations or equivalent) within a high‐growth health‐tech, digital health or innovative healthcare services company. A background in healthcare, legal, finance or high‐end hospitality operations is strongly preferred. Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of the healthcare delivery landscape, including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements and the challenges of integrating technology into care. Experience with or passion for preventive medicine, precision health or longevity science is a strong plus. Proven track record of successfully scaling operations from early‐stage to a significant size, managing complexity across multiple functions and potentially geographies. Business Acumen Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgeting and driving measurable revenue/efficiency improvements. Leadership Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and drive alignment across the organisation. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Healthcare Administration or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
