Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or relevant field, Proven experience in insurance market, Good command of English both written and spoken is an asset, Efficiently work under pressure and deadlines to complete assigned task, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Problem solving skills, goal orientation and proactivity, Above-average negotiation skills, Driving license B. Job Description Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities Building relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and developing quotes to address these needs Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay keep up to date with new trends Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them Preparation of commercial presentations and management and updating of the contact database.
