Overview
APAC System Strategy and Operations Go-To-Market Lead responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy for CRM and transaction systems across the APAC region. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and implementing innovative strategies to drive adoption and maximize revenue. The role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex markets and lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Development and implementation of a comprehensive GTM strategy for the CRM and transaction systems across APAC, including guidelines for data management, user behavior, content management, permission protocols and enablement.
Collaborate with various departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with broader organizational goals; manage user engagement and support, address user concerns, provide support and escalation, and facilitate user engagement to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Define and segment the target market to tailor strategies for different customer, market, and user needs. Lead cross-functional teams including product management, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels and materials; provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams to drive CRM adoption and customer success.
Develop and implement sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources needed to sell the CRM system effectively.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance and market feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, operations, management, or related field, with a focus on CRM systems or software solutions; 3+ years of leadership experience with regional/global teams and cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Fluent in English; experience in executive-level presentation and communication.
In-depth understanding of APAC monetization, business and sales activities.
Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of turning complex challenges into actionable plans.
Excellent program, project and process management abilities; experience in large-scale solution implementation/program roll-out; project management certification a plus.
Strategic, data-driven thinking with ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience working with product teams and influencing product roadmap design and management; CRM management experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in technology or SaaS with understanding of digital platforms and social media landscapes.
Success in managing high-budget, high-impact marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading large, diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
