Continuously refine recruitment models and marketing approaches in response to industry trends and competitive dynamics. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and manage the marketing and recruitment teams, driving performance and execution excellence. Foster effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between marketing initiatives and recruitment processes. Marketing & Brand Development Oversee omni-channel marketing efforts, including online and offline campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and student conversion rates. Maintain and strengthen the institution's brand image, expanding influence in local and regional markets. Student Recruitment & Channel Development Design and optimize recruitment processes to improve conversion rates and enhance the applicant experience. Develop and maintain partnerships with corporations, alumni networks, industry associations, and other key recruitment channels. Project Management & Data-Driven Decision Making Monitor and analyse marketing and recruitment performance data to adjust strategies and improve ROI. Manage annual budgets to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Education Management, Communications, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, sales, business development, or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in higher education, international education, or related industries is highly desirable. Proficient in both Chinese and English social media platforms and digital marketing, with strong integrated marketing capabilities. Exceptional business communication, negotiation, and writing skills; fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Strong results orientation with strategic thinking, execution capability, and resilience to lead teams toward ambitious targets.
