As a Lead QA Solutions, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise in test automation and QA frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and Postman. Your role will also involve demonstrating business acumen by developing strategies, proof of concepts (POCs), and domain-specific solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, critical thinking, and relationship building skills are key in this role.Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales Directors to comprehend client pain points and tailor industry-specific QA/testing solutions. You will be required to create customized QA strategy documents, testing approaches, capability decks, and solution proposals. Attending client calls, addressing queries effectively, and developing rapid POCs or automation scripts to support deals will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, acting as a technical pre-sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) in domains like BFSI, Logistics, Retail, Healthcare, and SaaS is crucial.In addition, you will conduct research on client domains, pinpoint key QA touchpoints, and create relevant visual presentations. Mentoring junior QA engineers on client preparation readiness, communication, and pre-sales etiquette will also be a significant aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales Head to drive strategic pursuits.To be successful in this role, you should have 8-15 years of experience in Software Testing & QA, with a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing pre-sales or solutions consultant capacity. Strong proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Postman, TestNG, JMeter, Cypress, and AI Driven Testing is essential. Demonstrated ability to design test strategies, framework architectures, and execution plans is a must. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders, are highly valued. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to manage multiple active pursuits simultaneously, with strong accountability and follow-through.Preferred experience includes working in a QA services outsourcing company, exposure to global clients, knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, AI-assisted testing, and shift-left QA. Previous involvement across various domains such as banking, logistics, insurance, eCommerce, and SaaS will be advantageous in this role.,
