Overview

Solutions Architect role focusing on ideating solution architecture and design with business teams and product owners; guiding implementation to align with proposed design; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business teams and product owners to ideate solution architecture and design.
  • Govern implementation to align the proposed solution and design.
  • Support development teams by providing technical guidance, solving problems, and performing code reviews.
  • Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices such as TDD and automated CI/CD.
  • Assist QA on test automation and identify technical pitfalls and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other architects to align reusable libraries design.
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications, Security, and other technical teams to set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application integrations, and resolve deployment and integration issues.
  • Experiment and create prototypes for exploratory work.

Qualifications

  • Good Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in application development and design, and business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns.
  • Ability to design and develop large-scale applications to solve complex business problems.
  • Proficient in .NET, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiar with multi-paradigm programming languages.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum context.
  • Experience in OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with containers, microservices and DevSecOps technologies.
  • Familiar with cloud-native technology and AWS cloud environment; AWS certification is preferred.
  • Good understanding of SRE/Service/Security/Compliance management processes on cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Creative problem solver with self-driven, team-oriented mindset and good interpersonal and organizational skills.
