- Single line accountability for QA and Test Management
- Champion Improvement Initiatives; working across the BU layer to align on delivery prioritization, unified delivery and automated testing
- SPoC for Program Test Management
- Supports synchronizing product delivery to a single go-live

**CoE People Engagement**
- Leads QA People (People Planning / Performance KPIs)
- Works with PMs across products; supports overall delivery synch plan/risk register
- Works with Architects on test and synch strategy for new solutions; i.e. especially final mile HF/DAY2/Conditional sign-offs etc.
- Works with PD on Improvement Cycles/Initiatives and Management Reporting
