**Job summary**
Lead global QA & RA team. Provide sufficient QA & RA initiation and involvement while providing product or service to customers, ensure those products or service meet all applicable regulation requirements, customer expectation and company objectives.
**Responsibilities**
1. Establish, maintain and improve Quasar global quality management system.
2. Build-up Quasar QA & RA team. Identify and allocate sufficient resources to support all local sites operation, new initiated projects or company objectives
3. Direct and oversee all external audits handing on local sites, includes 3rd party audit, Health Authority inspections etc.
4. Establish quality policy, quality objectives together with top management team. Monitor their execution status, evaluate needs on improvement.
5. Communicate with customers to identify their needs from Quasar, provide solution to customers from QA & RA perspective.
6. Promote Company Culture and Quality Culture within Quasar.
7. With authorization to stop production line and/or shipments in response to potential quality problem/risk. Such decisions are to be informed to CEO immediately.
8. With authorization to report and quality issue to improvement needs to top management team.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
**Qualification**
1. Bachelor or above, science and/or engineering related is preferential.
2. Above 10 years relative work experience.
Good communication in English.
