  • Oversee Daily Operations and Maintenance : Ensure a safe and functional environment by managing daily operations of building facilities and equipment across offices and warehouses. ">
  • Maintain Asset and Equipment Inventory Records : Update accurate records to ensure seamless maintenance and asset management. ">
  • Manage Administrative Tasks : Coordinate tasks such as iPOS, capex forms, invoice consolidation, and facility documentation to ensure efficient administrative processes. ">
  • Prepare for Internal Audits : Develop and maintain ISO documents, ensuring all certificates and licenses are current and up-to-date. ">
  • Cordinate Routine Maintenance and Repairs : Supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and user requests related to maintenance, asset acquisition, and disposal. ">
  • Liaise with Service Providers : Coordinate with service providers to extract service reports and plan maintenance activities. ">
  • Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures to prevent non-compliance issues. ">
  • Address Stakeholder Feedback : Respond promptly to stakeholder feedback and complaints, maintaining good relationships with internal teams and external partners. ">
  • Support Soft Services Operations : Assist in soft services operations, including stakeholder and landlord engagement to provide exceptional customer experiences. ">
  • Manage OPEX & CAPEX Budgets : Assist in preparing and managing operational and capital expenditure budgets, providing monthly service fee updates. ">
  • Manage Procurement Processes : Oversee procurement processes, vendor contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. ">
  • Handle SAP PO Creation and Approvals : Manage SAP purchase order creation, approvals, and invoice processing to ensure smooth procurement activities. ">
  • Track Deferred and Out-of-Contract Jobs : Monitor and track deferred and out-of-contract jobs, providing recommendations for approvals to optimize business outcomes. ">
  • Manage Compliance-Related Communications : Coordinate compliance-related communications and documentation to ensure regulatory requirements are met. ">
  • Support Insurance Claims Investigations : Assist in insurance claims investigations and related documentation to minimize business disruptions. ">
  • Assist in Store Handover and Closure Processes : Support store handover and closure processes to ensure seamless transitions. ">
