This individual will be in the Supply Chain team and providing operational support for supply chain matters such as supply chain risk, order management, procurement, inventory management and liaising with third party vendors.
Contract: 6 months
Location: Jurong Business Park
Salary up to $4500
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Support:

  • Provide support for operational system issues and collaborate with the IT department.
  • Manage SRR Control, including but not limited to DN issue system adjustments (procurement/supply, warehouse, inventory/stock) and EDI issue system adjustments.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee daily operational responsibilities related to inventory movement, including extensive communication with third-party warehouses.
  • Handle stock transfer postings, batch verification, and quantity verification.
  • Generate reports and work cross-functionally on inventory optimization.

Customer Interaction:

  • Conduct customer acceptance checks on 0915/0905.
  • Act as a midpoint contact to derive operational instructions for third-party warehouses.
  • Manage work instruction requests for TRD.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced), familiarity with SAP ECC execution, and basic data analysis skills.
Result-oriented and effective communication skills
Willingness to learn both technical and non-technical aspects of supply chain
