Job Description

The Supply Chain Operations Associate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, information, and finances from raw materials to end customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing forecast based on Sell-In and Sell-Out History, Marketing and Sales Depts.
• Launches and Promotions Plans and communication with customers or other team members.
• Managing Inventory level through MRP.
• Coordinating Supply activities, transmitting orders to different suppliers, and ensuring shipment of the orders.
• Keeping an update of orders.
• Coordinating Warehouse activities - controlling the relevance of the inventory with weekly reconciliations.
• Maintaining and Improving Organization and Systems.
• Maintaining the accuracy of SC information in the IT system (Item database, inventory, pending orders).
• Providing reports necessary for financial closing (purchases, inventory).
• Negotiating transport/shipping costs.
