About the role
We're looking for a motivated Program Coordinator to provide logistical, administrative and engagement support for programmes run at a residential youth rehabilitation facility. You'll work closely with programme staff and external vendors to deliver meaningful activities, track outcomes, and help improve our rehabilitation programmes for young residents.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical, administrative and participant-engagement support for programmes delivered at a youth residential facility.
  • Produce and distribute communication materials to keep staff informed about programmes and unit initiatives.
  • Support post-programme review by gathering and consolidating feedback and outcome data, performing basic analysis, and preparing concise recommendations to improve future programming.
  • Conduct research on relevant literature, policies and best practices; synthesise key findings into clear summaries and resource lists to inform updates to the rehabilitation regime, and assist with implementing agreed changes or pilots.
  • Maintain accurate NYAA (National Youth Achievement Award) records for youths — logging activities, achievements and progress, and ensuring documentation is up to date for award tracking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including liaising with external stakeholders and vendors, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; some experience in stakeholder/vendor management preferred.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong research, analytical and data-synthesis skills for programme improvement.
  • Proficient in creating clear, effective communication materials.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Committed to supporting the rehabilitation and well-being of residents.
