Salt is looking for a Program Coordinator for 5 months renewable contract role with the social media client.

**What you'll do**:
**Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables**
- Tracking and keep updated the master deliverables list Work with team leads/responsible parties to ensure timely updates/forecasts of each deliverable prior to check-in meetings.

**Document Management**
- Work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools for use by the CREAM staff, including approved external partners.
- Keep all document management repositories for program updated and logically organized for ease of use by team members.
- Propose and enforce organizational standards across the team to ensure that only relevant/current documents are posted and old versions are archived.
- Work with the Program Managers Lead to establish a scalable model for document and permission sharing with external partners. Once established, Coordinator will setup, support and manage these tools, including direct coordination and communication with key partner representatives.

**Action Item**
- Tracking Handset/Device Logistics Establish standards, processes and tools for receiving, logging, preparing and managing/executing the distribution of handsets within team and across approved external partners.
- Preparing devices with the latest SW components Onboarding Process for Team Support PgMs and TPMs with coordination and administrative tasks, as needed, and as the program continues to scale.

**What you'll need**:

- Atleast 1 year of project support experience.
- Previous experience in sales, operations or project management.
- Comfort with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
