Roles & Responsibilities ( Job ID: ) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Captive Insurance Manager to oversee and manage our captive insurance portfolio. In this key role, you will be responsible for end-to-end policy administration, claims management, and stakeholder coordination—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of all captive-related services. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of captive insurance policies, including renewals, documentation, and premium processing Oversee claims management, ensuring alignment with policy terms and coordinating with adjusters, lawyers, and claims managers Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to implement group risk management solutions Prepare and deliver timely reports to Board of Directors, Underwriting Committees, and Finance teams Ensure accurate premium booking, collection, and adherence to reserving policies Support ad-hoc projects and maintain strict compliance with internal guidelines Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, broking, or the captive industry Professional qualifications such as ACII or ANZIIF are highly preferred Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of captive insurance operations' We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
