**We will count on you to**:

- Develop propositions and intellectual property to demonstrate what value Marsh and Captive Consulting can bring to the client base
- Lead, develop and execute go-to-market strategy, including collateral development and business development
- Establish and grow the organization’s talent strategy, covering hiring and performance management, including the use of graduate talent as the practice grows
- Provide Performance and Financial reporting, including Sales and Revenue, and, over time, P&L performance.
- Utilize substantial risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance marketplace to review clients’ exposures and loss experience to develop solutions for moderately complex clients’ needs, including recommending captives as solutions where appropriate.
- Provide advice to clients and prospects in respect of captive opportunities.
- Carry out analysis, write project reports, and deliver captive consulting projects.
- Engage in active involvement in client meetings to understand requirements, drivers, objectives et al.
- Develop and build relationships both internally and externally with clients and colleagues.
- Support the wider Marsh business through contribution to client presentations and providing industry and professional input.
- Develop knowledge and keep current with industry developments, including maintaining expertise on relevant regulations. (This includes captive regulations, tax and accounting legislation, and insurance market changes which may affect captives and their formation).
- Contribute to the team delivery of consulting revenue and new business opportunities.
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients, identify the need for new products and develop and suggest innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain new clients and projects.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of changing market conditions to contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge within Captives through active internal communication.

**What you need to have**:

- Progressive and strong experience in the Consulting sector, preferable at a Big-4, Strategy Consulting firm, or a relevant risk/insurance consulting firm to Director/Principal level.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully building out a consulting practice
- Strong knowledge and experience in insurance, accounting and, preferably Captives.
- Capabilities in strategic, operational, financial and regulatory risk identification, analysis and control as well as risk monitoring and reporting, including risk system design, configuration and implementation
- Demonstrated record of proposal and project delivery, well organized with the discipline to manage time and work on multiple projects while maintaining delivery excellence.
- Insurance management/strategy consulting, risk appetite implementation and risk culture assessment improvement experience.
- Bachelor degree and ideally a Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- MBA is beneficial, but not essential as is ACII or other professional qualification
- Knowledge of Solvency II and/or financial modelling is beneficial

- Ability to develop and close business opportunities
- Strong experience and knowledge in insurance, data & analytics, and risk management.
- Autonomous and self-starting
- Strong Asia regional experience along with fluency in one or more Asian language
