Overview We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captives team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a key member of our team, you will manage complex actuarial analysis projects to model, quantify, and forecast risk, cost, and financial impact for traditional and captive insurance projects. You will also play a vital role in business development, client communication, and knowledge sharing within the company. We will count on you to: Manage complex actuarial analysis projects including funding analyses and loss accruals to assess risk and financial impact. Develop business by networking with brokerage or advisory colleagues, identifying growth opportunities, and responding to proposals or information requests. Communicate with clients to establish project scope, address nuances and challenges, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. Present final reports and presentations to clients and auditors, explaining assumptions, findings, and implications, and propose risk minimization solutions. Provide peer review of junior staff's modeling and analyses to ensure adherence to standards and quality control. Develop intellectual capital by researching regulations, drafting benchmarking reports, and presenting at actuarial conferences. Build expert-level knowledge in specific areas of traditional and captive insurance services. What you need to have: Proven experience managing complex actuarial projects in insurance or captive insurance environments. Strong analytical and modeling skills with attention to detail and quality control. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentation of technical information. Ability to develop business relationships and contribute to growth initiatives. What makes you stand out: Experience in business development within actuarial or insurance services.
