Position Summary
We are seeking
Service Desk Agents
to join our team tagged to a large scale IT Company. You will provide IT support in a 12-hour rotating shift environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, effective communication, and adherence to service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support and incident resolution for end-users.
Handle inquiries related to Microsoft Office 365 and basic IT troubleshooting.
Log, categorize, and escalate incidents in accordance with ITIL Service Management processes.
Ensure issues are followed up to closure within defined SLAs.
Work collaboratively with resolver teams to manage escalated cases.
Requirements
Education:
Higher Nitec/Diploma or higher in IT-related fields.
Mandatory Skills:
Microsoft Office 365.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Windows OS troubleshooting, ITIL IT Service Management (knowledge/certification preferred)
Experience:
At least 1 year in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End-User Support roles.
Employment Details
Shiftwork:
Yes – 12-hour shifts (rotating day/night).
Allowance:
Day shift: $10/shift, Night shift: $22/shift
Annual Leave:
10 days (12-hr shift workers only).
Notice Period:
1 month (applies to both parties).
Start Date:
Immediate or within 1 month (subject to background/education verification & work pass approval if required).
Standby Duty:
Not required.
